The Forest Beach area offers many condominiums that are a short walk to the beach and are reasonably priced. Among these are Forest Beach Villas, Hilton head Cabanas, Surf Court , Courtside, Springwood, and Ocean Gate . They range from 1 to 3 blocks from the beach and 1000 to 1700 square feet of living space. All have on site swimming pools and some have privileges at Van Der Meer Tennis Center.
